Hedy Alicia Iankelevich
Yoga Teacher, Franklin Method Movement Educator, Anatomy Enthusiast, Embodied Mover and Mindfulness Practitioner. Hedy has been a student of Yoga since 2003 and teaching since 2010. She has studied with experts in the field of Movement, Yoga, Anatomy, Thai Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Somatics, Biomechanics and Breath-Work such as Eric Franklin, Paula Tursi, T'ai Jamar Hanna, Jason Brown, Deb Flashenberg, Sam Chase and Leslie Kaminoff.
After completing her 200 Hour Yoga Certification course, her path began to reveal itself. Hedy found passion in teaching others what she was learning and guiding people into deeper awareness of self. To increase her knowledge of the body and mind, she continued taking classes, workshops and trainings in Therapeutic Yoga, Reiki, Chair Yoga, Anatomy, Thai Yoga and Meditation.
She was led to the Franklin Method in 2012. Exploring the incredible design of the body, bio mechanics, the power of our thoughts and the importance of experiential and embodied anatomy.
Hedy's passion is in bringing body-mind awareness into the lives of others. She specializes in working with people new to Yoga, 'Golden Agers', and people seeking an intelligent movement practice. She is also now working with pregnant women through all stages of their beautiful journey.
She currently teaches weekly group classes, workshops, private sessions, corporate classes and domestic and international retreats.
