Hedy teaches embodied anatomy, mind/body connection, imagery and functional/efficient movement.  Using the Franklin Method techniques and Yoga mindfulness, you will learn ways to incorporate healthy movement into your every day life.  You can learn to organize your body and mind throughout your day. She also teaches you that these concepts can be integrated into more vigorous activities that you do- ie: running, swimming, yoga, martial arts, snowboarding, etc.       Embodying your body, mind and life is more than just about learning exercises- its about becoming aware of your patterns and learning tools to create change.  

Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage, is a non-invasive and effective bodywork system that incorporates gentle stretches and palming/thumbing along the body’s energy (‘Sen’) lines and pressure points. Together these actions result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically.  Thai Yoga Massage is performed on a mat on the floor; both client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility. 60 or 75 Minutes.
